This Privacy Policy explains what information DJIN EMS ("DJIN," "we," "us") collects when you request pricing, sign our non-disclosure agreement (NDA), or otherwise contact us through this website, and how we use and protect it.

Information you provide

When you request an indicative estimate, accept our NDA, or reach out to us, we collect the details you give us directly:

• Name
• Company
• Email address

On the pricing path, we also retain the project configuration you enter so we can prepare and discuss an accurate estimate.

Information collected automatically

When you submit a request, your device automatically sends technical data that we record on our servers. We do not use pop-ups or precise GPS to gather this; it is read from your request:

• IP address
• Approximate location derived from your IP address (country, region, city — coarse only, never precise)
• Device, browser, and operating system (user-agent)
• Referring site and campaign parameters (referrer, UTM and similar source tags)
• Timestamps (UTC)

NDA acceptance records

If you accept our Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement online, we record evidence of your assent: the NDA version and a content hash, your IP address, and the timestamp of acceptance, along with the name, company, and email you provided. These records establish when and to what you agreed.

When you accept the NDA, we also generate and store an executed copy of the agreement as a PDF — the NDA terms together with a certificate page recording the details above. We keep this as our record of the executed agreement; access is restricted to authorized DJIN staff.

Why we collect it

We use the information above to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up with you;
• Prepare and refine indicative pricing estimates;
• Prevent fraud and abuse, and keep security and audit logs;
• Maintain records of NDA acceptance as evidence of agreement;
• Understand site traffic and campaign attribution (analytics).

We do not sell your data

DJIN does not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this site and our business (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, and scheduling), under terms that require them to protect it.

Retention

We keep the information you provide and the technical data described above for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and for the duration of the related sales lifecycle, plus any period required for our records, security, and legal obligations. NDA acceptance records and the executed NDA copy are retained for three years from acceptance, and longer where needed to evidence the agreement or to meet a legal obligation. We then delete or anonymize the data.

How we protect it

Your information is stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure, with secrets held in a managed key vault, and is maintained in our internal customer-relationship-management (CRM) system so our team can follow up with you. Access is limited to authorized staff who need it to operate the site and respond to you.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Marketing emails

If we send you marketing email, every message includes a way to unsubscribe and our physical mailing address. You can opt out of marketing email at any time; we may still send you messages necessary to respond to your request.
